 1.95-mile (3.14 km) private circuit racetrack located outside South Belo
 it\, Illinois\, on a 219-acre (0.9 km2) farm on the border between Wisco
 nsin and Illinois. Blackhawk Farms was established in 1967\, about a dec

 t track sessions at Blackhawk Farms.\n     \n     \n     Act responsibly
  while you are at Blackhawk Farms Raceway. Parents &amp\; guardians are 
 responsible for the actions of their children at all times.\n     \n    
  \n     Please abide by the 15 mph paddock speed limit while on the prop
 erty.\n     \n     \n     No race engines are permitted after 5:00 p.m. 
 on weekdays. Please make sure you have the state issued license plate on
  your vehicle.\n     \n     \n     All on-track activities shall be cond
 ucted at a decibel level not in excess of 103 decibels as measured fifty
  feet from the track.\n     \n\n The café will not be open during this e
 vent. Please bring your own food and plenty of cold beverages to keep yo
